Flybe announce Norwich Airport - Paris and Manchester flights
23.02.06
Flybe announced two new routes from Norwich Airport yesterday. The regional low-cost airline will start daily flights to Paris and twice-daily to Manchester from Norwich Airport in May.
The new flight to Paris is the first direct flight ever from Norwich Airport to Charles de Gaulle airport. The flights will be daily and take only one hour 25 minutes, meaning that people in Norwich can commute to Paris quicker than it would take them to get to London.
The new flight to Manchester, taking just 55 minutes, will open up a new gateway to the North west, both an important business region and giving access to the popular Peak District.
Both flights to start on May 25 and cost from £29.99 to Paris and £21.99 to Manchester (one way). The new announcements mean that Flybe now offers 16 routes from Norwich.
The budget airline also announced today that it would be increasing the frequency on its flights to Edinburgh flying twice a day due to increased demand. These will start on March 16.
