More flights scrapped

Another blow has been delivered to Norwich Airport after it was revealed yesterday that more flights will be axed, the Norwich Evening News reports. Goldtrail Holidays has scrapped its weekly services to Turkish destinations Bodrum and Dalaman for the summer peak season, of May to October.
The flights, operated by Turkish airline Onur Air, were reportedly cut because of a shortage of planes, but no one from Goldtrail was available to comment. The move follows the loss of direct flights from Norwich to Paris and Glasgow and reduced services to Guernsey announced by Flybe from the end of the month.
