Norwich airport - Bulgaria summer flights cancelled

Flights planned for Norwich airport to Bulgaria this summer have been cancelled.
Bulgarian airline Bulgaria Air was due to run charter flights to the Black Sea resort of Bourgas for Portland Holidays Direct, Thomson Holidays and FirstChoice customers, but it cancelled after deciding that runway and infrastructure at Norwich aiprort did not match up with its fleet's requirements.
Passengers with Portland Holidays Direct and Thomson Holidays are having to fly from London Gatwick or accept a refund. FirstChoice passengers have been offered flights from Stansted or a refund.
